I just joined today, Thanks to Irish_2003 I have been training for a while now and have goten in to all sapects of the sport. I do figure now but Im hoping to go up to womens physique soon. I live in a place wherenot a lot of girls are in to bodybuilding so its been tough finding reasources i can trust. Also finding people able to advize or guyd me in a good direction when it comes to gear, so Im hopping ill be able to find some answers on here. I love reaserch and do so much of it and its been just tough figuring out what reaserch is the trouth and what is not. Anyhow I ll be checking things out around here. Feel free to message me!
