Hey guys

I am Aiden, 22 year old and currently doing a part time job. My height is 5.9" and weight is 148 pound/67kgs. Well I was trying to find some good tips for health and some exercise tips also which can reduce my weight and also reduce the fat from the belly. So i found this forum to helpful for me. Welcome Aiden! That is a pretty low weight for your height. I would guess some weight training and a good diet would melt that fat off and start your weight up with muscle.
 
5'9" and 148 and you want to lose belly fat? I'm 5'7" 260ish lbs with abs. What's wrong here?
 
Welcome brother. You can learn a lot about putting on some solid muscle here. Ask questions and research as much as you can.
