Well, I've been lurking for about a week now, so I figured it's time to say hello and introduce myself.
Been out of the game for a while, and I'm looking to get back to the gym and the lifestyle the way I used to be. I think AE will be a big help towards that. The board, its mods and member have been very informative and insightful in the short time I've been browsing, and I hope to be able to contribute in a simailar fashion.
