hey folks, J Benz told me to swing by and say hello. Dont really post much on the forums anymore but i recognize a lot of names on this forum. Strong nostalgia here.

For those who don't know YellowJacket, he stepped away from these boards a few years ago to focus on his advanced degrees. YJ is a fountain of knowledge on every aspect of bodybuilding, and has been a mod on over a dozen boards. BOUNCER and Pudgy gave him his own section on their boards as supplement guru!
