I was on SOI since 2014, didn?t post much but read a ton and enjoyed it when it was active. Then one day it was gone!! I?m an older dude at 44 but I just posted my best total 2150 (905/595/650) weighing 268 competing in multiply and my goal is to get to the WPO in the next year. I own a private facility with a lot of competitive lifters I work with a lot of athletes as well. This place looks great, glad I found it! Lots of good info already.
