I am Squatch. I am also an admin from musclemx, and many people I am friends with decided to post here. I've been involved with weight training for about 16 years now, am a certified personal trainer, and also am a certified EMT-I. I've served in the civil service realm for 10 years, and personal train on the side.


Things I have:
A pretty good sense of humor
A desire to help people
A pretty extensive knowledge of bodybuilding and powerlifting methodologies
Alot of body hair


Things I do not have:
A neck
Hair on my head (by choice)
Tolerance for stupid people

Welcome Squatch! You'll fit right in here bro. I've been training on and off for over 20 years. (married life slowed me down for several years) All the admin here are over 35 years old. ;)
