Steak and baked potatoe oozing with butter!
Chicken and brown rice with a big bowl of ice cream afterwards.
Snickers bars and grahm crackers
How's that look?

Turkey burger sliders are always a great idea for dinner and kids should love them too!

But seriously....what is your goal? Bulk or cut or maintenance? How many cars are you looking to take in?

Buf right now it' maintain what I have eat healthy and use food instead of sups for nutrition.

I have a pretty shredded look right now and I want to keep it for the summer. My cardio is 3 times a week and I've changed up my program to try to add strength to my squat and my squat only.

Breakfast has been the same now for weeks 6-7 whole eggs cottage cheese lowest sharp cheddar all scrambled together. The bagel and hummus is optional.

Most days it's chicken rice and brocoli for at least 3 meals and tuna fish with mayo the other.

Well the fun part will be trying to break it up so you don't start gagging when you see a chicken breast.
I do think that you ought to add some beef into your diet. I recommend right before bed, or as your last meal because it takes so much longer to digest. It will actually keep feeding the muscle all night long. Also some cassein protein before bed for the same reason.
I like to shish-ke-bob beef tips with veggies and have some brown rice with it. AZwesome flavor and the beef is so tender it melts in our mouth.

triple whopper with Onion Rings and Large Coke -

Double quarter pounder and 10 McNuggets with Fries and coke -

12 pack corona , bag of Doritios and some Beach Bunnys --that one isnt for the kids.

I use the above diet for bulking or cutting -adjust supplements acoordingly

I didn't see carbs in your second meal so I'd suggest keeping that bagel in there or some type of carb for meal 1. Don't want to flatten out, this of course is just speculation on your metabolism and body type.
