Help! my arms are swollen

Help! My arms are all swoll up and I can barely bend them :twirly: -having trouble wiping too.. And my shirts aren't fitting for sh*t. Is this normal? :D
Ok so im bored too. :fro:
 
Man, you guys-I was looking for some flaming,humor or personal feedback.I know you big guys cant get a quetip near your ear :flush: We need more light side. :grenade:
 
it's kind of like having to fall on the toilet and roll off on leg day. no wiping at all, just going straight to the shower and hoping you do not have to crap again. don't get me started on boiled egg bombs.

are you not suppose to wear a power shirt while using a bowflex? and who is that little white boy you are kicking around in your avatar easto. i bet his daddy don't know about that!
 
boy, you need to see an anger management counselor. :argue: there are other ways of disiplining your child than kicking his arse! beat him with a stick. :gap: swamp, i bet chuck does not know you posted that little comment. :o but when i speak with him today, i'll let him know. do you remeber the date or is it something that is burned into his memory. sometimes he has those braddick flash backs. :grenade: and its not pretty.

Farmboy,you got it wrong thats why it hurt :o .It doesn't hurt when you shoot the pellets*BEHIND*the ear. ;) But ya I like to chew on em too,Good on yogurt.

My Nutz are blue-Is this normal? Maybe I shouldn't of spot shot there,but I thought they were there for hormonal release and I could say I'm natural.

maybe you have an abcess, drain it out and take some anti-E's
 
hows the but wiping going. are the fly's and gnat's still following you around! :morefart: don't it just drive you crazy when you walk around with crusties in your shorts. if you are having a stain problem, use OXYCLEAN. it worked for me, especially after that heavy squating accident which brings up another point, do not eat mexican on leg day. unless she is pretty of course! :drool:
 
My wife only lets me eat cajun-no mexicans. Swelling has gone down,ass is clean.
But thats a discussion for diff. forum. :D :blink: I miss my winny pump.
