I'm just putting the weight of the plates 50lbsx30 90lbsx15x4sets Reverse grip tricep cable ext 120lbx20 150lbx20x3sets Feel like hammer bat shit still from my Friday atlas stone and log press beating. Keep in mind I am off all supps other than preworkout shit. Really hoping to maintain these weight if not increase. I pray before every set to make me strong!
