Had some leg injuries in the past decade and went easy.
Other than weakness in my outer right knee and some ankle issues, I think I can finally up the ante.
Nine years ago I did squats; 330 for 30, but since then I've just maintained, except, well, a year ago I did 550 for 8 on the leg press.
Anyway, like art, what have I done lately.
I'm working on it, but for now, this is what I'm starting with.
Oh, by the way, when my 6 year old saw this pic today she asked, "Daddy, what are those bumps on your legs?" LOL
