your cheat day? since you have been posting everywhere about cheat days trying to make people feel bad for enjoying life one day a week.....lol

how bad was yours?..............give us your menu from yesterday, be honest :damnmate:
 
wasn't as bad as you might think. Had a ton of carbs since I was told to carb up for Max outs for the next few days..
 
I will when I get back, I know you can't possibly live your day without hearing what I ate G4E lol. I will don't trip..

Breakfest
4pancakes with syrup/ protein shake
2 cookies
couple bagels/protein shake
WO
Dextrose/glutamine/protein shake
2 slices of Pizza with chicken
Before bed 1 protein shake.
 
Shit that is nowhere near me. Well kind of, but I eat horribly on my cheat days.

honestly that is close to what I had,

1. shake/oil
2. donuts (2)
3. sub 6inch
4. 4 pcs pizza
5. whey/dextrose shake
6. 3 pancakes/turkey bacon

that was it for me, I tried to clean it up, since you made me feel so bad about eating too much :eyepoke:
