Hows everyone doing?
i have been off these boards since i injured my back almost 2 years ago.
I was phast1 on steroidology but i don't think they will give me my name back....or will they?
I hope everyone's doing well and i plan to get back into some light training soon.
If the docs can't fix me....i will fix myself
