Hi there, i'm new to this forum. looks great and has piles of info pity i need a dictionary for some of it ha...
anyways i have been lifting weights for about 7-8yrs and play senior rugby too hence my user name.
have tried 2 cylces before but i am a newbie i have a lot to learn! my previous cycles were:
1st cycle was:
Deca, winny, danabol.
deca when from 100mg to 400mg and back down a 8wk cycle.
winny started at 10mg up to 30mg a day
danabol i think was just 20 or 30mg a day
PCT clomid and HCG
results: was happy with my results toned up big time (BF went from 18 to 15%) and finally got the vains in the arms ha.. strenght increased too.
diet: 350-400g protien a day, 200-250 cards, fats ??
2nd cycle:
testosterone-cypionate 200mg a week
deca (same as above)
winny and danabol (same as above)
PCT clomid and HCG
results:
was happy again strenght went crazy! fitness unreal!!!! toned up and fat loss went to 10.22% BF
diet: same as above
I felt my diet is good and my training is good, but my knowledge of steroids is zero!! more word of mouth!
I am just back from a bad hand injury where i could not lift weights for 10weeks. just back now lifting light weights now 10days.
lost about 9kg but have put on 3kg already since back. i will admit even though with hand injury i did continue my cardio but not enough and put on a few pounds.
I lift weight weights 6days a week. my cardio is HIIT 15mins after every weights session on the bike 30sec on 30sec off (this suits me for rugby) but i mixed it around if legs feeling tired just do 10km cycle just keeping rpm at 120-125 the whole way.
then sat and sun mornings i do cardio in the morning before breakfast about 1hr session including my abs.
supplements i use whey,pure, glutamine, bcca plus vits etc.
steroids available to me now are:
sustanon 250mg
danabol 10mg tablets
deca 100mg
winny 10mg
what cycle would ye recommend to me?
I'm 33yr 5ft 9 1/2in weight this morning 90kg
BF was 10.22% but a guess now is 13-14% as i have put on few pounds the last 2months.
aim add 4-5kg solid muscle and get BF to 9% love have even a 4 pack ha...
as for weights i am an addict! i cant stay out of the gym.i love training rather weights or fitness. only drink when on holidays
dont smoke either.
as i said i am pretty fit. i pride myself on my fitness.
