I'm currently running a cycle of Test prop 150mg/edo...Fina 100mg/eod. been on about 5 weeks now. I will be ditching the Fina in 2 weeks and adding Masteron 100mg/edo for 6 weeks. I'm not losing fat like I though I would. I'm doing tons of cardio. Most days I do 30-50 mins in the morning first thing and 15-25 after workout at night. the following is a sample of my diet i'm currently on. I would appreciate if you have any feedback.

6:30-Shake
1/2 c Oatmeal

9-9:15-2 Chicken breasts
Broccoli

12:00-2 Chicken breasts/Tilapia/Salmon(differs every so often
Broccoli

2:30-Shake
4:30-Shake
1/2 c oatmeal(not everyday)

6:00-workout
7:30-Shake
Dextrose

8:30-Chicken breasts/Tilapia/salmon
Some sort of green veggie

I also add olive oil in the mix during the day. I have always done well with little or no carbs. I don't lose energy and my workouts don't lack intensity. My stats are 6'6 275 BF-Guessing around 14%. Still have to get it checked.

6'6 275!!..Damn your a big mofo!!!....Imo, you have too many shakes there and not enough carbs....try droppin two shakes for real food and add some carbs to each meal except your last and see if you notice anything different

Yes I'm pretty big but when I hit 300 I will be even happier. I also eat tuna for meals instead of the other meats. I will try to eat meat in replace for the shakes, sometimes its hard because of work. How many carbs are you suggesting?? Some days I will eat carbs for breakfast, 2nd or 3rd meal and also preworkout.

Keep one thing in mind bro. Protein is very important for fat loss and muscle gain, but remember that any anabolic you use feeds off of carbs. Anabolics are carbohydrate driven they need the nutrients in carbs to fully work in your body.

I'm not suggesting carb overload, but I agree with the above, reduce the protein shake and add some brown rice or sweet potato. Low fat, but full of nutrients to power pack your supplements.

Have you tried any thermogenics - ECA, clen etc?

You're doing well if you can eat that much chicken breasts, I find it bland, boring and hard to eat, whey isolate is a far superior protein so I'd make sure those shakes are isolate.

I go in spurts with what meats I eat. Some days I will have all fish and somedays and other days I will eat nothing but chicken. I'm currently taking T3/Clen as well. My forearms are sickishly veiny and i'm having trouble getting rest of body cut up. All shakes are whey!!
