how to burn just bodyfat and no muscle ?ever since I had major shoulder issues I had to take a rest and not lift , and cleaned up my dietary needs to drop some weight , so increased my intake of meals wich consisted of non starchy vegs/small amount of starchy veg or oatmeal , brown rice / small amounts of protein throughout the day. this has worked very well since ive lost several inchs(6) from my waist and only lost+-15-20 lbs good or bad I don't know i'm currently at 223 from 245but I need to tighten up and lose this flabby crap more in certain areas like lat area /chest. .. any ideas , thanks
