How long is whey isolate stable in water

I ask because I always let mine stand after mixing as it seems to saturate better and then its a smoother drink, I'm not keen on a grainy protein drink,makes me more liable to gag
 
I wasn't planning on waiting 28 days for my PWO shake but that still answers my question lol! thanks bro

What is it with Weider products, its the name of the father of bodybuilding yet the products are completely left behind. Their drinks taste like shit and are full of sugar last time I looked.
 
I do the same thing as you Mr. I. I usually just blend my oats in my blender dry, then add them to my shaker bottle and let them soak over night.

Protein will be fine for awhile. Whey is just a milk protein, and it stays good in milk for a long time:)
