how much protein do you guys take in daily?

Whats your daily protein intake and total calorie intake. For those who dont count, approximate..?
 
normally, 250-275grams. When on cycle or bulking I TRY to take in 400+ grams, but it ain't easy.

I'm ~175lbs right now
 
Currently I've been counting and hit 300. Most through meals but two shakes during the day. Not a fan of the people that say they hit 300+ grams and it's over 50% protein shakes
 
currently average 250 carb 250 protein 120 fat. When I'm bulking I cycle cals up 2-4 days and back down. When cutting I cycle cals but the total cals and mac ratios are different. Protein is a little higher and carbs and fats drop.
 
4-500 grams per day....or around 1.5 to 2.0 grams per # of BW. I drop it lower on training days and increase carbs on those days.
 
I should mention mine. I am 178 lbs right now. Thinking about going down to 1800 calories 40 percent carbs at 180 g, 40 percent protein at 180 g and 20 percent fat. at 36 g.. cutting out all shakes except intra workout.
 
I take in between 200 and 250 grams of protein a day. But I have to say that I need to keep my carbs up or I don't grow. As soon as I start dropping carbs, I immediately stagnate.....CK
 
hate to say this but no idea anymore---best guess i would say 300-350g a day and 60-70 of its from my post work out shake

Cutting/maintaining. I usually adjust my carbs when cutting and keep the protien around the same... then up the carbs and fats when bulking.
 
Round about 250g protein ,I m a regularly exerciser in gym so i tried my best to manage my diet as much as i can:)
 
I take 200 grams to 250 grams of protein in my daily routine diet.
I prefer to take more natural and organic protein foods rather than protein supplements or protein powders, these foods are rich in pure protein.
