how much protein u eat each day?

im at about 284g per day minimum. i increase the minimum every month that my weight increases so that i can keep taking 2g/lb.......

No I grow off of that much, and I don't want to get any bigger.
 
22pounds in 4 months is a pretty dam good job. Keep it up..

i was an un-healthy skinny then....but right now i hit a small (hopefully temp) platau...but im gonna keep going............all natural baby....YEAH.....

well, people usually assume that b/c i weigh so little, that im:

a) doing something wrong
b) just getting started
c) not committed to it
d) doing something wrong

i just figured that i'd clue you in so that you wouldnt assume any of those afore mentioned things. (not that you would, but most people do)
 
about 300

but when i cut & diet hard its gets real high....i got up 2 450 4 a while last year round this time
*im about 206lbs

I take in as much as possible but I usually get 150 grams from protein shakes alone

how do you split that up?

how many meals do you have?

I try to get 6 meals a day, at 50 grams of protien, only gets me 300grams.

Im curious how you can get some much protien during the day.

Also, Lets say you eat 100grams in one meal, wont alot of that not be processed the same if you only ate 50grams?

First of all, welcome to the board!

I take in 6 meals a day. 75g per meal to be exact. There isn't a specific amount that your body can porcess. Some can handle more than others. Depending how much you weigh is what you'd want to go off of, especially if your on a cycle..
 
I'm around 220#s and I get around 450 grams per day... 6 meals @ 50 grams each... and 3 shakes... 50 grams per serving.
 
ive always ate as much protein as possible but now im getting in about 1.5 grams perpound bodyweight....to be perfectly honest this is working great for me...weight gain is a alittle slow but its QUALITY lbs this time not just aton of fat with some muscle..
