Hunrgy at night

Right now I'm dieting and it sucks, I'm always hungry at night. I eat healthy all day long and then night comes around and I have nothing to eat, what can I eat at night that doesn't screw up my diet from the rest of the day?
 
When i am chilling out and watching a movie i eat a salad with apple cider vingegar and 2 tablespoons olive oil.

i normally drink a shake or maybe munch on some tuna or chicken

i'f i'm bulking....i make an omlet usually, or a steak.

another cool tip i learned, from out buddy craig titus actually, have a protein drink, w/o much protein, maybe 10g or so, mixed w/ 40g of glutimine. drink that when you wake up at night. huge difference.

if you eat anything that youre not suppose to eat you WILL screw your diet..If youre eating 5 meals per day ..thats all you get, 5 meals..thats it , not even another bite..if youre hungry after meal 5 suck it up and wait until the next day..it's tough but hey thats the way we roll.

i still dont understand why you say that...plus why not have a high protein meal or a shake?? not eating for fukin what, 12 hours?? can you say CATABOLIC STATE?

what about for your last meal of the day adding in some slow absorbing proteins like caseins. Cottage cheese or even a glass of milk will help.
 
Imll have to think about this in themeantime though.....

Again ,adding another protein meal just because youre hungry would screw up your Total calorie comsuption..of course im talking serious bodybuilding here not posing like you seem to do.:40oz:

i'm new on this forum and i like a lot all infos on it!!
i'm from italy ....please sorry for my english!!!

Also me i've the same problem, before go to bed, at the last meal that usually i eat one protein meal (shake with glutamine and some nuts, or cicken with vegge ) but not a lot for me and the ungry remaining, then i begin to eat also i know is wrong the fruits, for example cocumber or other...and this is very big error!!! but i don't understand the why i've hungry. . .

for example this week i've done from monday to wend low carb approx 80gr / 70gr and 60gr on wend. with cardio 40min in the morning with empty stomach and weigth training in the afternoon with higth reps and i've used superset, this for 3 day, then i've to switch to 3 day in higth carb approc 300gr with friday and saturday weigth training but 6to10 max reps and higth weigth, but yesterday i've add teh carbs but i've wrong everything becouse i've a lot of hungry and i've done a same rechange of junk food , and today for recovery my error i eat only 50gr of carbs (20gr in the morning and 30gr after train) ....this is a big problem for me becouse i don't understand the why is not easy in this time not follow one good diet....

may be becouse i've done 2 competition in june, but now is august. . . i don't know..

also somethimes for example is sunday i eat junk food in the lunch... i remaining without eat for the rest of the day....

for me is pshicologic also . . .
