I hate my stomach

For the past month now...about every 3 days i experience gas..bloating..cramps..diarrhea, in between those days im sometimes experience constipation as well

Ive have IBS(irritable bowel syndrome) but have never experienced this...wieght loss is becoming an issue and i havnt been working out this past week, Ive become very frustrated and really dont know what is causing this, im hoping it is maybe a stomach flu that will pass

Wondering if any1 has experienced this? Or any suggestions you have, im awaiting an appoitment for a stomach specialist but that is for other reasons, i will tell him about this but i hope it will pass until then.
 
IBS can be managed with diet, what is yours like?

Have you had a coeliac screen?
 
^ Diet is key. Also IBS is usually diagnoised when they don't know what the prob is, lol! IBS is the word of the day for gastroenterologists. It can also be caused by stress.

My diet consists of...boneless skinless chicken, rice, oatmeal, salmon, haddock, ground beef,pasta, apples, almonds


Vitamins
Flax seed oil
Glutamine
Digestive enzymes
Acidophulous
Greens plus
B vitamin

I have not yet had a coleliac screen, im still awaiting an appoitment with a stomach specialist
 
rice does it to me...and the oats... i get bloated from high fiber foods like that... i have changed my diet to getting fiber from greens only... made miricales...

bro i aint shittin you (no pun intennded) i used to get so much gastric pains and cramps i would get up and walk in the bathroom here at work and fart for i swaer to god... a minute straight... it was crazy... now that i am on Keto diet i dont get anybloat or diareah how ever you spell it...i get fiber from nuts and greens.. and plenty of it... never constipated... plus i dont get as many carbs... which may be an issue if you are bulking...
 
yah thats the thing im tryin to bulk up so i gotta make sure im gettin in the carbs, and i do get gas with oats as well i usually have it only 2-3 times a week so it doesnt bug me as much

i have a few friends with ibs and there stomach gets all flared up like u mention when they dont eat what is right for their condition. i dont wont to state what i heard because i dont know exactly but def get screened because it can be managed if u follow the regiem(sp)
till then hang in there.
 
I feel your pain bro, I had severe ulcerative colitis. The only thing that helped was large doses of prednisone and other meds then surgery. I hope everything gets straightened out.

Yah im hopin its just a flare up, because a week before this started to happen i did slip a bit from my usual diet so that could of been it

Ive read up on ulcerative colitis in the past, symptons looked brutal..good to hear u got that shit under control
 
makes me wonder if I should see a doctor, because I have stomach trouble all the time, gas, bloating, pains.........comes and goes

its worth gettin checked out, just the slightest change in your diet can make a huge difference
