I am dieting and trying to cut all of my fat... I am also lifting for body building purposes...I was wondering... is it normal to loose my strength??

Hahaha, seriously though...IMO, many people rely too much on supplements, protein, etc...and what they really lack is the mind/will power to take control to go beyond their expectations.....that's all.
