I've been on a new kind of training routine where I hit all 3 sub-groups of the type 2 b fibers and I swear my pecs look total different than before. I mean its a noticeable difference in a very short period of time. :roll:
After all these years my weak point is finally growing and getting stronger..Not sure if its the high reps on the compound movements or the power lifting I had neglected in the past because of a bad back but I will never go back to the standard 6-10 rep..I have never been so strong in my life..MAKES ME THINK IT THE 3-5 REPS.
