I have been up....

for 26 hours now without so much as shutting my eyes. Delrium will soon set in. Actually I'm gonna have a drink now, so it'll set in sooner than expected :D

I worked last night, then had a physio and massage appt this morning so I couldn't go to bed. I picked my daughter up at school for lunch and took her shopping for a birthday gift and a pair of jammies for her friends sleepover tonight, then I took her back to school and went to the grocery store to pick up stuff for supper. My hubby's sister and family are here for the weekend. Shortly after I got home, they arrived. Then I had to go to a meeting at work- an incident (sorta) happened and I am either gonna be reprimanded or suspended....isn't that fuckin peachy. So I went to my hubbys office after and had a good cry, and now my head hurts, and I am cookin supper, so I am going to start drinking right about now.

How was everyone else's day?? :p
 
Sorry to hear you are having a bad day babe. I think a day like that would call for a good drink!! Or maybe a few!! I'm one cranky mofo when I havent had sleep. I would try and get some rest and that should make you feel better.
 
yesterday i was up all night & finally got 2 bed @ 7:30am
i woke up this mornin @ my regular 6am but b/c my house was gona fall down....insane winds/rain/hail/snow

im in a very pissed off mood, im goin out 2 dinner with a few people later on, but im drivin b/c i want nothin 2 do with drinks, & i know somethins gona happen & im gona f*ckin lose it....

but hey smile

well I am home I left work at supper time, I said fuck this I need some regular 8 hours of sleep I cannot remember the last time I went to bed at normal time...lol

I got that topped, I worked TWENTY-EIGHT-MOTHER-FUCKIN-HOURS STRAIGHT. My relief called in two shifts in a row and by that time, it was my shift again, but luckily I only had to work part of it. It was probaly the most horrible tiem at work. I didnt even know my name afterwards.
 
Well thanks, but the lack of sleep was a minor thing really. I am more concerned about the work issue that I may get suspended over. I was called AT WORK and told about this, so you can imagine how I felt for the rest of the shift. Then after being up for 24 hours, I had to have this meeting, in which I was very emotional. I am not going to find out til later this week what the outcome will be. Fuckin wonderful.
