I had to say something about the shit I read on other boards. These guys that talk about what they see others doing in the gym, not squatting right or whatever. Saying I get so pissed when I see these guys not going to parallel or bouncing off the chest when benching. My thought is they should mind their own fucking business. Who in the hell wants to have some 17 year old kid who's been lifting for 1-2 years going around acting like Mr O and correct everyone on their lifting form. Oh and these other idiots who think that a certain popular training method is the only way to train, and anyone who disputes it has their head up their ass. But I could be wrong maybe we should all go into the gym and tell each other what they're doing wrong.

That's why I lift at home, if I some runny nose punk come up and tell me how I need to go atg on squats and I wasn't doing it right, I would hit him with a barbell. :BP:

G4E we're going to have to stop agreeing so much it's not as much fun lol.

ok, then.......I think your post is stupid and I disagree with you. LOL

not really. But I said that to make you happy :)

mmm noone comes up to me.. wish they would if me form was bad. I am self taught, so god knows if I am doing something correctly. I look very angry I guess when I am lifting so noone bothers me.

Underdog chances are your form is as good or better as anyone else in the gym.

I realize you meant nothing bad about it, just wondered why you would think that..

You said you were self taught and sounded like you were thinking your form might not be right sometimes. I just meant that your form was probably as good or better than most people in the gym. You don't seem to me someone who's just in the gym trying to impress someone with weight that can't handle properly. I've seen guys doing squats that look more like good mornings I doubt that's you, is it?

good god I hope not.. that would be one hell of a good morning.. 2oo+lbs.
