I live by this

Good to live by. Some guys in my gym expect someone to spot them every single set. When asked for a spot by one of these guys, I just ok, then walk away. After a couple times they don't ask me anymore.

That's exactly what my dog does to me when I try to max out and ask her to spot me. She plays dumb but I know she knows what I'm saying.:rolleyes2
