Hello to all my old friends at A&E and hello to all the "new" members.

I was "blocked" from this site at my only computer. I only had internet access at work and that sucked once they cracked down on our usage. I will be reappearing here more regularly now that I work at a gym and we CAN use the internet!

Thank you for all the concern that I was ok and wondering why I wasn't around. Trust you all were in my thoughts everyday and during my workouts. It's just nice to be back talking with everyone again!:kiss:
