Make sure you fill it with SAND and not water. I tried water and it swished around, no matter how full I got it. I got some sand today and yes it was a pain in the butt filling it up, but I got er done and it is 100times better

First off that is dirt cheap for a stand up bag. I already have a bag u can hang, but I rent a town house and my room is small so I don't have room to go drilling a hole in the ceiling and hang a bag. This way I can store the base separately from the bag and pull it out anytime I want to use it. I keep the bag in my room locked away from my roomate, so he can never use it. Actually he has no idea I even have a bag bhwhahhahaha:headbange

Yea, if you cant drill a hole or anything yer gonna have to get that kind of bag I guess.

I like it 100times better than my regular bag anyway. It is really easy to use for kicks and what not.

I hated not being able to throw a full knee at my regular bag, its awkward when Id try to. Id have to come way up with my knee, which didnt feel right for me.

yeah this bag starts around mid shin height then goes all the way up to my head, and I can barely grab my arms around it.
