Welcome back you old varmint! :D

 I told scott my first post back would be criticizing everyone! Hey wasn't there some guy used to be here named Ricardo, or Ricky or Montaban or something...cuban I think he was? Hell of a guy! Bout 4'11" with a lean 42 inch waist.. He had big 14" arms.. Just looked phenomenal .... to himself... :lmao: :D

Possibly epic but before it was it over it would be "Yeah um Loke we we're gonna ask you to leave but JUST GET THE FUCK OUT AND NEVER COME BACK!!!"

I already know what the hell is wrong with me , Im short ,and I have a small penor .
Your welcome to add to the list .lol....

Ah hell that's all right. You've already covered the important ones :D: My friend's band had their old guitar player stopped by. This guy is maybe 4'10." First thing he does when he walks is say, "Let's get this over with. I'm a fucking midget or close to it if not! If that wasn't bad enough we little fucker's are sposed to be packing giant snakes. Well I got fucked there cause god hates me. Just so I didn't go on a killing rampage he decided to bless me with killer vocals and musicianship! Any questions?" Hahahahah Nobody said a damn word! I didn't no whether to laugh, cry or just pick him up and toss him back and forth to the other guys.

Lokedogg, I took some of your "advices" and they were right! Welcome back. You're lookin' lean!

Thanks! I saw you're pics and you've improved a 100%. I'm thinking you're referring to my ideas on revving up the metabolism and fluid movement. I still adhere to those same principle. One of the biggest detriments to the aging trainer is circulation and sensitivity issues. As well sluggish metabolism. Whether supplemented or not, the calisthenics supplementing weights(rather than no calithenics or weights and some calisthenics- in addition a revolving mixed circuit style cycled)has worked best in my individual situation. I noticed so many people of all ages reaping the same benefits. I thought- if these methods they do(realized or not) with so many people who are completely clean/natural could be so effective, then supplemented should be phenomenal: glycogen overloading techniques;priming muscle to always be more receptive to insulin; improving circulation & receptor sensitivity etc., keeping muscle fluids moving. Everytime I begin straying from those ideas and slip back to the old standard training I used to do, not only do I not look as well but I don't feel as well and have far less energy.

Obviously much experience here for sure. Great post. Would love to hear more, as an old fart who still packs a punch.

Welcome back Loke!
Dad talks about you sometimes. :anana:

The board was never as exciting when you weren't around. :D

Aw thank you Sarah! :) Your dad very recently advised me that it might not be a good idea to be so much fun in the hood. So I'll be about as much fun as a smelly sock. Besides that I've started having hallucinations. Ie. I don't remember titling this thread what it currently displays. Anyhow; your dad's mostly always appreciated my take on life.
