hey guys!
After a long break I am back! Good to see the forum is still alive! Is FContact still around or what? Been clean and training natural (on and off) for almost a year now...due to work commitments, financial restraints and a fall out with my supplier. I am now hooked up with a better supplier and financial issues sorted out. Currently in deep thought about my next cycle. I lost almost 15 kilos due to no consistency in training and bad diet, i look nothing like I used to.
Ahh well this is a new beggining. I hope muscle memory doesn't let me down.
