I'm in the third week of my PCT and have lost only 4 lbs. Something is definitely different this time.

My PCT has been 40 mg of Nolva a day and 500ius of HCG every 3 days.
I'm relying on NOEXPLODE to fuel my workouts and everything is still going pretty good.

My heaviest was 224. I now weigh 220 3 weeks later. So far, so good

I haven't changed my eating at all. My calories and protein intake are still sky high. I've also added half a gallon of water to my diet.

Lesson: We alll know this but, remember that big eating and heavy lifting builds muscle. This has worked well for me so far and just wanted to keep you guys updated.
 
Bro HCG is still making TEST. So is Nolva helping. True Post cycle crash will start about two weeks after your stop your PCT. ANd than you start turning up.
