just wondering how to take care of an imbalance - ive noticed for the past year or so, one of my pecs is bigger than the other, and i don't know how to fix it - i thought it was just lagging - and would come up - but its starting to piss me off - same with my upper chest - any ideas on how to bring an upper chest up - and how to bring up my other pec?
