imbalances?

just wondering how to take care of an imbalance - ive noticed for the past year or so, one of my pecs is bigger than the other, and i don't know how to fix it - i thought it was just lagging - and would come up - but its starting to piss me off - same with my upper chest - any ideas on how to bring an upper chest up - and how to bring up my other pec?
 
Im not sure if your are natural or not but possible spot injections in the lagging pec. Other methods that are possible is deep tissue massages to the lagging muscle maybe add an extra 5 pound plate to the lagging side during chest. For spot injection maybe a 30 day go at igf1
 
Make Db incline presses your priority chest exercise, and both of your problems will correct themselves.
 
I think the advice I gave was horrible! ill stand corrected with liftiron's advice. Im not an advocate of AAS or other harmonal enhancements for fixing problems so im not even sure why I mentioned that.

its a tuff thing to fix . i train for strength .and since my left side started out much weaker than the right my left side has been pushed much harder than the right and my left delt /tri/bi are noticeably larger
