whats a great routine to increase your max barbell flat bench, im currently at 285lbs, and i have a bodywieght of about 147lbs, and very low bodyfat - im trying to get to 300+ and do more than double my bodywieght - less than 5% of all high school students can do it, and im soooo damn close - any ideas?:bang:
