On May 22, 1998, bodybuilder Bertil Fox was convicted of murdering his former fiancee and her mother on the tiny Caribbean isle of St. Kitts. He was originally sentenced to death by hanging, though on Sept 27, 2002 his sentence was changed to life in prison

how come 98% of all bodybuilders are oblivious as to how to dress themselves? lol

The Cyr Bell, weighing 273.75.
Here's an excerp of its debut in London:
In January 1892 Cyr embarked in England with partner Horace Barre, resulting in arousing much interest and curiosity at his London debut at the Royal Aquarium, with 5,000 people packing the theater to watch Cyr's act and witness his open challenge to the wide world of strongmen, many celebrities of which were in the audience, with a side wager of ?1,000...a lot of filthy lucre in those bygone days. It was on this historical occasion, on January 19th 1892 that Cyr pressed the prementioned 273.75 lb. dumbell. Many years later Doc Aumont, son-in-law of Louis, loaned Cyr's famous dumbell to the Weider's Your Physique office in Montreal for a month, during which time over 500 people tried and failed to lift the weight.
Here's a picture of the dumbbell and some guys who lifted it.
PS: I tried but failed, LOL.

With one hand!?? cmon...that sounds impossible.... and what kind of form is that?

Bertil never used synthol.lol He was a fucking freak period. He was one of the strongest dudes of his day in the 80's. The only other guys that pushed the same poundages as him back in the day was David and Peter Paul(aka Barbarians). Yeah the nigga is serving life for murder...but with his genetics, I'm bettin' he still looks more jacked than 90% of the bros on the boards even if he is 50+ and just doing pushups and pullups.lol
