I'm having severe cramps in my intercostal muscles. It's been going on for years, but recently is more painful and harder to get rid of.
If I try to put on my seatbelts the twisting motion makes me cramp up. Wiping my butt. Trying to wash my back with my back brush. Turning to look in either direction before I pull out on to a highway or road.
It sucks. And it's hard to make go away.
Do any of you guys have a similar pro lem? WhT do you do about it.
To eliminate some things, I am hydrated. My electrolytes are good.
Any ideas? Any suggestions other than stop turning around?

I get it too, makes it hard to hit my left quad (I'm right handed), and glute shots!

Hmm, I get it too but just on my right side. It can be a real distraction and times and difficult to get relief and it returns easily.

I assumed it was only me.

Magnesium?
I know taurine prevents cramping. I keep it around for when my groin muscles cramp up while I sleep. But I dont want to take it regularly because I'm concerned it will effect muscular contractions, like when working out.
But magnesium? Never heard that one before. Why magnesium?

I stretch most every night, sometimes morning and night on weekends. I still get them.

Taurine helps. 1-2 grams a day stops mine. As we age we don't make as much. It's cheap as fuck too... well much cheaper than fuck actually.

are you on dbol or shredding currently?

take it easy and don't tear anything because the recovery is lengthy.............

No. I never cut. I stay in decent shape year round. We run around half naked in Florida in January and February.
And no morals until after 6 month blood work in May. My last blood had my iron extremely low to the point of serious problems, and of course my red blood cells were elevated.

I too suggest taurine. I get the same cramps you describe. I take taurine and they dissipate.
