Intermittent Fasting

I fast every weekend. I have coffee for breakfast no food, skip lunch, then have steak and bake potatoes Saturday night, Chicken breast and sweet potatoes with green beans Sunday night.
I've found it helps eliminate the stomach bloating that is occurring during the week. Your gains are made during the week, the body rests and grows over the weekend.
That's for me. I gain easy, lose easy so keep that in mind.
 
I tried it didn't notice much, but it's real close to the way I was eating prior anyhow.
 
I do it occasionally but it has nothing to do with gains for me. It just gets you in tune and in touch with your body. I never set a time. I just roll with it until I decide to eat. Usually 2 days. I used to do 3 sometimes.
 
Its just personal preference. No documented benefits from eating 3-4 big meals or spacing your cals out over the day.
