Saying hello again have been a member here for awhile and IT before that but have yet to say hey. 35 year old broken down football player that made it to the NFL. I have the 14 surgeries to remind me of it. Just wanted to say thanks for helping me stay in the gym and keep my body from Freezing up. I check out different posts and get to try new stuff and keeps it fun. Also helps me keep my mind on the gym, when at work if I pop in here once a day. Keep up the good work all. WIZZ
