I cant find taht damn good luck thread.....lol. How did you do?????????/

Just as well to post these pics here instead of start a new thread. New ones I got last night...at least they are bright.

damn your back RULES

Thanks g4e...but I was really disappointed in my back this year. Not near as ripped as last year. Bigger, but not as lean. Then again, that was my whole problem- I was more muscular but not lean enough. I will be next time if it kills me!!

Solid upper body. Work on the detail in your calves. Build up the quads more. Nice job.

Thanks PTA!! I wish I had a good back double bi shot to post.

future- thanks. Gotta disagree on one thing- my quads DO NOT need size- no way. I guess you can't tell how big they are from the pics. The already overpower my upper body, although I have made some improvements. Anyway....how do I bring out the detail in my calves without adding size?

Well, I am being realistic that the quads need to be in balance with your calves. If you bring out more spearation and detail then maybe that can help? My thoughts would be brief rest between sets and high reps like 12-25 reps.

Of course, I am somewhat guessing.

You have awesome arms, impressive lower back, hard upper back, massive calves, great upper abs. I think alot just takes some more time. Maybe change your training since you have the size you want? I dont know. What do you want?

Thanks future. This is what I see as the problem. I have been told that my lower body is too big and it overpowers my upper. So.....first of all I change my leg training as I mentioned before- no squats, all low weight/high reps. I did manage to put on some size on my upper body. Still not good enough. Legs are still too big. You can't tell from those pics but there is definition.

Ok, they still feel my legs are too big. Now my calves are 18 inches at contest. If I bring my quads up to balance them out, they are 23 inches, now.....how do you think my upper body is going to look? There's no way that I can gain enough size on my upper body NATURALLY to give a balanced look. At least I don't think so. Christ I'd need shoulders like a linebacker. Now, I really know fuck all..lol..so feel free to tell me what you think I should do.

And I DO realize that this won't happen overnight, and I may NEVER get the look I want without gear. And that's not going to happen.

Thanks :)

**To clarify I am trying to be funny and encouraging with the BEEFCAKE SCREAM from South Park**

I think a big majority of it lies in posing. You have a great physique, but it could be better if you work on that posing more. For instance, in the above side chest shot you are not hitting the calf as much as you need to be. I can tell this by your foot position. Also in that same pose, twist your torso a bit more to the audience. This will give your physique more of a flare instead of a narrow look.

I CAN tell you have size AND definition in your legs. Once again the problem is the way you are showing them. In your above front lat pose, you are not hitting the legs hard enough. You have too much bend in your knees. PM me if you want more details.....lol

I know what you are saying is right mpresiv. All those pics were taken during my routine and not the mandatories. I find that in the routine, things are moving so quickly that it is difficult to hit it all properly. That's no excuse though..lol..I should practice more. I KNOW how to do it all properly, now it's just to DO IT!! And you know what- the side chest and front lat spread are my worst poses..lol..and I can use all the help I need, so you can definitely PM me with any suggestions you have. I would appreciate it- thanks :)

Wow, you work is really inspiring. I am new here from IAs board and just went through your whole entire thread. Really nice work!! You look great!!

DEANO
