I see a taper, what you talking about girl???

damn I love your back, I would run my fingers right down that bad boy.........hmmm

I see a taper too. U are definately low bf so just throw some heavy lat pulls in and u will be set

Thanks guys. I guess others can see what I do not. I hate the way my back looks off season. g4e, did you see Bellina's back pic over on IPOP? Now, that's what I call a taper. Anyway, I'll work my ass off and do what I can :D

You know, being natural in the BB world really fuckin sucks. It really rots me sometimes. Now, I certainly don't mind anyone using, not at all. I would use but I can't. But, I'll just never be as good. That's really frustrating sometimes, and I wonder why I put myself through it. ANd I question whether or not my opinion on training, etc, is given any heed. You know? (And I don't mean here. I know you guys love me :))

Just felt the need to vent that this morning.

I think advice from a solid drug free person which competes out ways one that's on...big time. If your good enough to compete natural, then fuck your already better then all of them :)

Thanks sweetie :)

Feeling a little sorry for myself I guess. I gotta stop doing that..lol..

Nice pic! Your back is great IG! I'll post up some new pics of my fat ass soon - that will make everyone feel better about themselves ;)

As far as being natural in the BB world - yeah, it kind of sucks, but you are damn impressive. You look as good as or better than some of the "on" women I've seen posting on boards - and like buff said your advice means a hell of a lot more because you have achieved what you have without "assistance". I mean I am in the same situation - I see a lot of impressive stuff going on with people with huge numbers and amazing transformations and I know that I'll get there eventually but it is frustrating because I choose not to stick myself with a needle. You just deal with it - and know that what you achieve you have actually achieved through your own hard work in the gym and dedication to your diet. Not that I have a problem with people who are "on" - it is your choice to do what you feel is necessary, and you still have to bust your ass in the gym either way - but it just isn't the same to me. I always have a little more respect for someone that does it naturally.

Thanks Aaron. I really wish I could look at what I've accomplished and take comfort in that and be happy. But I want to be better, and, I guess someone I can't be without the use of gear. That feeling comes and goes. Sometimes I'm happy, sometimes not. But I guess we are all like that from time to time?

I did not train on Friday. I worked last night and am off tonight and tomorrow night. I am prepping for a procedure I am having done Monday morning. So, since 8am this morning, I am on clear fluids only (plus laxatives) until the proceedure is done. Such fun :( Sorry, maybe more info than what most would like to hear..lol..

So, I am hoping to train Monday evening, but we'll see. I probably shouldn't.

I know exactly what you are saying... I feel the same way... but for me it comes down to what I mentioned earlier - and a huge paranoia factor... so I just wait for it to pass...

Good luck with your procedure, hope that all goes well.

Thanks guys. Procedure done. Everything was normal. My doc thinks I have irritable bowel syndrome and has started me on a medication. I have to see him again in a month and if I am no better, he'll switch the med to the newer one that's out. God, I hope this helps.

Here's a link to a good article for anyone interested. My main symptom is constipation- I do have other symptoms too. And it has caused me a LOT of problems. When it starts to interfere with your life, it's time to get something done. I also will be trying to determine if certain foods trigger symptoms. I know broccoli is one- I can't even think of eating it anymore. I used to have no problem with it at all. And I think I may have to seriously look at reducing my coffee intake :( And most of all, I have to learn to reduce stress in my life. That is definitely a huge problem for me.

I will do cardio and train tomorrow. I can't wait!! I ended up sleeping the day away. They gave me IV meds to knock me out- pretty potent shit..lol..

Well I didn't do cardio this mornign. I needed the sleep more. This is my training this evening....

BB Rows
70 x 8
70 x 8
80 x 8
90 x 8
That's exactly the same as last time :(

Wide Lat pulldowns
120 x 8
135 x 6
120 x 6
105 x 8
Much better than last time :)

Rack Deads
270 x 4
270 x 1
240 x 6
240 x 3
Well, in a way it was better than last time. Last time was 220 x 4, 270 x 5, 180 x 5, 180 x 4

BB Shrugs
90 x 15
90 x 15
90 x 15
90 x 12
I dropped the weight on these to get higher reps and really squeeze it at the top

So overall it was a good workout. I definitely have to do cardio tomorrow :D

good job. Keep those lat pulls strong so you get that v-taper u want

Thanks Matt. I'm typically weak in anything that involves a wide grip- my shoulder does not always like to cooperate. Anything else I should be concentrating on guys? I gave up deads from the floor. I'm afraid of my legs and waist growing too much, so I am sticking to rack deads.

Oh, I did cardio yesterday morning for 40 minutes.

This evening I trained legs...

Lying ham curls
45 x 20
60 x 20
45 x 20
45 x 20

40 x 20
40 x 20

Smith Squats (weight on the bar) Feet together about 2 feet out in front of me
50 x 15
50 x 15
50 x 15

Standing calf raises
120 x 10
90 x 10
60 x 10

That's it. I just coudn't lunge today too. Worked last night and gotta work again tonight.

I've been a slack ass. Did nothingover the weekend except eat and drink :D It was the first time I was out and partied since June. I had a great time!! Danced my ass off..lol..had a little hangover the next day :(

Cardio this morning- 50 minutes. Will train this evening.

Training for Monday evening....

Incline DB Presses
50 x 7
45 x 5
40 x 5
35 x 4

Flat DB Presses
35 x 5
35 x 6
40 x 5 (2 slow negatives)
40 x 5

Incline Flyes
30 x 12

Tuesday...did 40 minutes cardio after work

I'm trying to figure out your incline DB workout... Was that a bunch of drop sets, or just lowering the weight and doing less reps each set?

LOL...I know Aaron. Pretty fucked up I know. I just never had it in me to do what I wanted. I was pissed.

Training from yesterday evening....

BB rows
80 x 8
80 x 8
90 x 8
100 x 6

Wide Lat pulldowns
1200 x 8
135 x 8
150 x 4
135 x 5

Rack Deads
270 x 2
220 x 3
240 x 4

Cable Shrugs
I did burnout sets at 100, 120 and 130 lbs.

Yeah, the deads SUCKED ass, I know. I'll chalk it up to being up at 5:15, doing 50 minutes of cardio, working a really busy 12 hour shift, then training :)

Off day yesterday. Did lots of shopping- does that count as cardio? ;)

Cardio this morning. 50 minutes. Also did some cable work for legs/glutes.

I didn't do anything over the weekend except work. I was going to train yesterday after work, but we had the evening from hell, and I never had a supper break, and got off an hour late.

I went to do cardio this morning, and did 10 minutes on the bike. I wanted to lift so bad that I did this morning..lol..I never do that.

Anyway, I did shoulders- lateral raises and upright rows. Chest- pec deck, flat DB press and incline DB's. Triceps- pushdowns with bar, same with rope.

I will do both cardio and train tomorrow.

40 minutes cardio this morning. 20 on elliptical, 20 on stepper.

Was at my staff dinner last night, so I overindulged on the food a little :D Seafood chowder, scallop linguine, and 4 differnet types of desserts. That sounds pretty low carb/high protein??? LMAO I'm thinking that there's gonna be mostly cardio over the holidays and little training :) I am not depriving myself.

Did 30 minutes cardio this morning after working all night, and then shopping til 10:00, and now I am up already cause I can't sleep. Think I'll be tired at work again tonight...LMAO...I won't be laughing around 3ish this morning :(

On a good note...I lost a couple pounds and people have noticed! Yay!!

I've been a slack ass to say the least, and I can't afford to be. I have not been too great diet-wise for awhile now, and sincee the Xmas season started, I have been downright awful. I have to quit having excuses- I am not much of a BB if I use every little thing as an excuse.

So, the junk food and chocolate is put out of sight, and other than a few more meals during the holidays, I am sticking to my diet.

I just went to my parents house and used their treadmill. 45 minutes. I walked at a slight incline at 3.7 mph and every 5 minutes I sprinted for 1 minunte at 5.4 mph. That's quite a feat for me..lol..I DON'T run. So I think I will do that on a regular basis. Sprinting is good for leaning out the legs.
