Good job with the cardio IG :) I've been a slack ass on my diet for the last couple days too... I'm still getting in all my protein, but a lot of other shit along with it...

Thanks Aaron :) The cardio felt great today. And I RAN!!!....little too much junk in the trunk though...LMFAO...gotta fix that.
 
Hahaha! I can't run at this bodyweight... my knees would be wrecked for good! Last time I really ran I was around 210 and it was fine... but I tried it around 220, and my knees were REALLY unhappy with me.
 
Cardio this morning. 30 minutes on stepper and 20 minutes on treadmill. Did sprints again on the treadmill. A little note to self- do sprints BEFORE doing the stepper :)

Will train when I get off work this evening.

Going out of town tomorrow for a couple of days- unsure if I will be hitting the gym or not.

I can't wait for Jan 2nd so I can get back to normal!!!!

I can't believe it was 2 weeks since I worked out!! Wow.

Did cardio this morning. 40 minutes on treadmill- First 20 minutes, I ran for a minute, after every 5 minutes- so 4 sprints in total. I felt my knee getting pretty stiff, so for the next 20 I kept the speed constant at 3.7 mph, and kept increasing the incline until I ended up at 15. Then did 10 min on stepper.
 
Nice workout - probably felt good to get back in the gym!
Nice job on the cardio!! I have enough trouble just walking for 45 minutes...

Did cardio this morning. 40 minutes on stepper and 20 on the treadmill. I didn't do any sprints today- just kept constant speed and kept upping the inclinE til I reached 15%. It was a good workout!
 
50 minutes cardio yesterday morning. Taking today off and eating my face off..LOL..then it's back on the diet STRICTLY!!
 
Cardio this morning x 55 minutes. 10 on bike, 25 on elliptical and 20 on treadmill. I can't do the sprinting anymore- my knees do NOT like it!! My knees have really been bothering me a lot more than usual lately, so I'd better take care of them.

I'm really chunky since Xmas started. Actually, I'm fucking FAT!!!!!!!!! So today is the start of my new transformation..LOL..seriouisly, I have to get down to business- no more excuses. I want to step on stage in August in tip top shape. I will actually post a pic later today as a comparison for later and motivation for me. As much as I hate to :D

I did cardio again this evening for 35 minutes and some ab work (I did abs this morning too)

Ate totally clean today :D Had friends over and served them pasta, bread and cheesecake, and I ate chicken and rice. It felt great!!!

I'll do cardio again in the a.m. and train tomorrow evening. I feel better already..lol..
 
u are not fat IG. If you want to see fat I will take a pic of my mid section and post it up. That would make you feel so skinny it's not even funny. Just keep doing what you are doing b/c it is working

Nice job on the cardio ... I know how hard it is to get out of bed for cardio on a crappy nights sleep - I just did it today too!

Well, my gf's frrom work came to my house yeasterday afternoon and then we got together again later that night, so needless to say, I ate shit. That's all there is to it. So I am not gonna beat myself up over it. I enjoyed myself and it's the only time we got together over the holidays.

So I worked hard at the cardio this morning and I'm doing it again this evening before I go to work. This morning I did 40 minutes on treadmill. I start slowly cause I have shin splints and I gotta work my way up or it's too painful. So, the first 5 min was at 3.2-3.6 mph at an incline of 2.0. Then I started upping the incline gradually. The last 20 minutes was at 3.7 mph and an incline of 15%. My knee was very stiff this morning but it held out pretty good I must say. I then did 15 minutes on stepper. I am icing my knee as I type this. Something I should be doing regularly. I also am going to take more glucosamine/chondroitin and calcium- right now I only take 1 a day of each. It can't hurt and maybe it'll help.

I was going through the same thing a few months back. My motivation was rock bottom and I thought about just quiting working out..lol. Have you taken a break yet? I mean like a month or so? Sounds rough but it sure as hell help me out. Eventually you'll get it back. Sometimes you do something SO much it bores you. Think about it: You workout everyday, visit the boards which makes you think about workingout, talk to people that talk/ask you about working out. It gets old. It may be break time...

This is a very good idea. I had the same problem about a year ago. So I took so time off of weights, eating right, everything. And after about a month I started to notice that I was losing mass. And after reliezing this my modivation came back better than ever.

Thanks mpresiv. I hear ya :) I have basically had a break. The last month has been shit- only a couple training sessions, diet was shit, etc. I need to get back at it, seriously.

Tomorrow will be the start of mt New Year :) I have been through a hell of a lot in the past 6 weeks or so- personal stuff that has affected everything. I am working on some issues and things will fall into place I know, so I apologize for being so negative at times, and down on myself. No doubt I will have some days like that now and again, I'm only human, but I have to pick myself up and get on with things if I want to reach my goal. And I KNOW I can do it. Thanks to those of you that read this and help me out. I am forever grateful :) It means more to me than you realize.
 
Keep your head up IG! You helped me out before when i was down, ...remember we all go through down times. Things will get better, get back in the gym slowly and it WILL come back to you.
