Anyone else using the IRONMAN "HIT" mass building program? I feel it can't be beat...

I perfer doing a little more sets each workout. What I find works best for me is working each bodypart 3 times in a two week peroid. Alot of what I do is similar as to what is described in the article.

This is a good article. It seems most of what he talks about i do also. of course there are some variations that work best for me plus these low back pains do limit me.

I have the lower back pains as well..Now I have a bulging disk in my neck to deal with..Looks like the trapezoid work will be out for some time..MAYBE FOR GOOD..

I don't get the pump doing this routine as when I was on a more volumous approach but my strength went up for the first time in a long time and my shoulder pains have all but vanished.

So thats telling me something..Either I've been overtraining or am just getting older..MAYBE BOTH. :iggthumpu

I use some of the same ideas in my workouts - I have customized my routine over the years and finally found one that worked - I have to be very careful about overtraining
