Anyone else using the IRONMAN "HIT" mass building program? I feel it can't be beat... :roll:

liftsiron said:I perfer doing a little more sets each workout. What I find works best for me is working each bodypart 3 times in a two week peroid. Alot of what I do is similar as to what is described in the article.
