Is there such thing as a healthy pizza ? lol

Is there any bodybuilding recipe for this ?This is probably the most craving food I had as of lately
 
in moderation, it is an excellent bodybuilding food...imo
 
hell yeah, pizza is as healthy as they come....its got all the food groups in the ingredients...;)
 
I use the lower fat pre pack crust mix. pizza sauce 98% lean ground beef browned. low and fat free cheeses, mushrooms, onions etc. Very healthy and high protein.
 
When i am adding mass, I eat one large pizza a week as a cheat meal. Keeps me sane... along with the McDonalds. :D

We had McDonald's here last night. My daughter had a Big Mac and pulled a bunch of the bread off (at least she's starting to understand LOL), hubby had a Big Mac, fries, and a cheesburger (he was in the mood for comfort food) and I had a grilled chicken minus the bun (too greasy but I didn't feel like cooking). Stromba and I had a glass of red wine with dinner too. :)

Like Lifts said, you can make healthy pizza's. You should allow yourself a cheat now and then and what better cheat than pizza! My favorite is a white pizza with some veggies and it's pretty good when made with either healthy or with cheat ingredients.
