is it true that if someone wants to gain some weight or muscle

he/she should run on treadmill for a week straight .... then stop for a week...and then stop ...... then repeaat

this way your body starts burning up calories.... and then starts storin more during the off days ... then burns ... then stores even more .... this way you gain size ....

so i was thinkin i am 180lbs and 6 feet .. should i follow this routine ..... i lose weight easily but gainin is hard cause' of metablism ..

MYTH!!

don't go crazy on cardio while bulking, and up cardio while cutting

Exactly like everyone else said. If you want to get big stay off the treadmill. The weeks your bust'n your ass on cardio you are going to deplete calories, cause extra stress to slow muscle recovery time, and burn muscle.

Total MYTH...

Lift low reps but insanely HEAVY weight. And eat, eat, eat... :)
 
i think some cardio is necessary to keep the bf down. Just not alot of cardio you gotta find the right mix
 
Well I agree with you there. But if he's eating "clean" he shouldn't have to worry about bf..
