Yo,
I just started on a cycle of Sostenon and D-bol last week and was wondering if my diet is good for maximum gains. My diet looks like this;

8am: 2 scoops whey protien in milk, 3 slices of bread
12pm: 3 glasses of milk with Chicken breasts and rice. Pasta.
3:30pm: 2 scoops of whey protein in milk. 3 slices of bread
6:30pm: 3 glasses of milk. chicken or beef. Pasta and 1 slice of pizza.
9:30: 2 scoops of whey protein. 3 slices of bread and apple
12:00: 2 scoops of whey protein. 2 slices of milk and apple.

What do you all suggest. This gives me about 350 grams of protein.

What are your stats? You've got an awful lot of whey there bro, I would suggest using whole foods more often. The following is a great bulking layout you should try.

Meal 1: Pro/Carb
8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal
50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat

Meal 2: Pro/Fat
Lean Ground Beef, ? cup swiss cheese, green veggies
55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat

Meal 3: Pro/Carb
Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice
55g protein / 84g carbs / 3g Fat
**Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.

Meal 4: Pro/Fat
2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies
60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat
Workout

Meal 5: PWO Nutrition
2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose
40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat

Meal 6: PPWO
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ? cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)
50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat

Meal 7: Pro/Fat
Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat

Meal 8: Before Bed
3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil
60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat
That turns into approximately 420 grams protein, 270 grams Carbs, and 83 grams of fat. This is roughly 3500 calories

I think that your diet is pretty good, but on a bulking cycle why limit whole food. Blown has given an example of a very good diet.

Breads are really typically a crappy source of carbs, very high on the GI index.

White bread for example is what the GI index was based off of, it is rated 100. White rice is 98, a Snickers candy bar by comparison is a 68.

Amazingly pasta can score very well. Spaghetti boiled for 5 minutes (aldenti) scored a 36.

I agree - stick to whole foods on a bulker and limit shakes to meal replacement in a pinch and post workout - sometimes I sneak one in before bed

So, breads will turn mostely into fat instead of muscle?
