let me know what you guys think and if i can make any adjustsments it would be great im tryin to get my calorie intake up to 3,000 -3500 thanks for the help guys any advice would be great

If you're trying to get your calories up then maybe replace the MRB or have something with it. Also how many egg whites? Maybe you should be going after the whole egg...........

I'm envious though, if I couldn't lift and gave 3,000 calories a shot I'd end up one fat bastard.

lol dont be envious by anymeans but with the meal replacement bars im getting whey protein and some creatine this weekend but im a broke college student so thats all i can get till sat but as far as the egg whites go they just dump it out of a pan so its about 5-6 egg whites im assuming

I feel you on broke college-studentness, get it where/when you can right?

If you need to get in more calories and are low on cash I would recommend substituting some of those bars with protein shakes with a teaspoon of olive oil in it. That will give you a boost in calories and get some healthy fats in the diet. Don't worry, it doesn't make things taste bad.
Also try going to the any big supermarket that is near you (around here that is Meijer) and go in at 4 or 5am to the meat department... they will have a lot of the stuff that is due to 'expire' marked down significantly - and you can get that home and freeze it. Also if you have Farmer Jack stores near you check out the large packs of chicken and ground beef that they regularly have - these are the 3-4lb packs and they are a LOT cheaper than buying the name brand meat from the regular meat section.
To figure out how many calories you ate - go to www.fitday.com and sign up for a free account. You can put in your meals and it will give you the calories. Just glancing at what you put down there without knowing portion sizes, I would say that you are under 3000 calories with that.

Overall the diet looks pretty clean - and that is important if you aren't going to be as active.

my guess is youe eating around 2500 calories, maybe less 3 of your meals are bars that add up to 900 calories, ditch the bars, stick to real food. Bars are expensive and worthless

well i am being active i do cardio and abs everyday well i give abs a day off on wed but i am doing cardio everyday its just cus of my surgery that i cant lift for another 1.5-2 months, believe me it sucks i hate going to the gym and just doing cardio as far as the meal replacements im done using them today because im getting protein this weekend and as far as meat products they have that here at school on our meal plan so im set in that department
