no buff...I know what you mean too....but contest prep will get the best of you...
up at 5am for cardio....work 10 hrs...back to the gym for weights and more cardio...home to cook all ur meals....shower....bed at 11pm....start it again at 5am...OVER AND OVER AND OVER....it never ends...
it's more than just dieting that gets the best of you...it's the whole deal.
