thanks fellas! Waist is probably a 32 Im guessing. Im to the first notch in my belt. Never had that happen before. Just fish and rice. Keeping carbs low and occasionally getting alot of carbs. Kind of a carb cycling thing only not to a super measured out degree.
 
ps. Im through with protein shakes as in powder. I make my own with egg whites bananna and berries. That has helped tremendously
 
thanks again all. Here are some cold leg pics. Remind you they are cold and I live in the far north where its been dark and cold for along time so I am untan very much so. Plan to get back to tanning to show definition better swear its there ;)
