Hey guys, just checking in and saying hi! i havent logged on in almost 11 months and i havent hit the weights in just as long.... im lookin to get back into the gym and into dieting so i can look and feel the way i want! big and shredded!! time to get serious again! too much :friday: in the past year... i need a change

Hey, you never lose what you've built, it may get smaller or covered over, but the muscle memory is still there and that's half the battle. Welcome back!

thanks guys! i need the motivation right now! My muscles are soo weak that my workouts only last about 20 mins! haha, 3 sets of 15 reps is all i can handle now! im doin 2 body parts daily and 30 mins cardio 3-4 times per week
 
Well, it's certain you must have learned more than something to get into the shape displayed in your avatar.
Look at the bright side, you have 9 months until June, and most people don't start training for a beach body until April.
You are ahead of the game!
