Just got back from Philippines

Id stay out of the philipinnes my brother at the time was Recon, he was there not too long ago, tons of terrorist camps. He brought me back a sword from one of the guys they dispersed of... He said the locals were great people and the marines built them a school before they left

Sure Phils has bad sections...just like any country does. The terrorists are in the mountainous sections of the southern most island of Mindanao. I was FAR from there...I was up north on the same island of Manila. Many Americans & Europeans retired there and been living there for decades. Keep in mind theres 7,000 islands there. I didn't just go there on a whim...been researching Phils for the past year...I know where NOT to go there. :)

Geese had no idea there are that many islands there. Thats true i guess every country has those type of areas.
